 Thursday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
 Friday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand that cancellations may be unavoidable; however, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone on our often lengthy waiting list. You will receive a reminder 48 hours in advance to provide sufficient time for rescheduling.

Please note that cancellations for test packages will incur a 10% administrative fee.
