Counselling for Men, Online

You don't have much to say, but you know something's off.

No couch, no jargon, no pressure to perform. Just a straight conversation with someone who gets it.

Sound familiar?

  • You go quiet in arguments, then get told you don't care.
  • Stress or anger comes out sideways, and you don't like who it makes you.
  • Your partner says you don't open up. You're not sure what that even looks like.
  • You feel flat, stuck or disconnected, and you're tired of pushing through.
  • You've always handled things yourself. This time it isn't working.

How I work with men

Practical, direct, and at your pace.

Understand the pattern

We look at why you shut down or blow up, using attachment as the map.

Tools that work in the moment

Acupressure/EFT and simple regulation skills you can use when things heat up.

Words for what you feel

So you can say what's going on, without it turning into a fight.

Your partner wants couples counselling. You're not sold.

That's one of the most common reasons men end up talking to me. You might be worried you'll get ganged up on, or that it'll be all feelings and no fixes.

In my sessions, nobody gets ganged up on. You can start on your own, or we can do a few individual sessions before you both come in.
